A fully refundable security deposit equal to ½ of the monthly unit rental rate is due at the time of move-in. The security deposit is fully refundable as long as a 30-day written notice of intent to vacate is given and no other breach of contract has occurred (i.e. no damage to the facilities, etc.). |
