Established in 2001, Bishop Manor Rehearsal is a 10,000 sq ft facility located between Deep Ellum and Exposition Park in Dallas, Texas.

We have 35 individual rehearsal studio spaces ranging in size from 96 square feet to 330 square feet. Our tenants pay monthly rental fees and enjoy 24/7/365 coded entry access to their studios. The facility is carefully monitored round-the-clock by state-of-the-art video surveillance and security systems.

At this time, we do not offer hourly studio rental.

We cater to the professional, working musician and we cultivate an artist community environment where people can hone their craft. Our tenants are comprised of individual singer/songwriters to full bands, all of various musical genres from jazz to electronic to country to rock.
